OpticOnyx operates as a specialized division of Meijer Projectontwikkeling B.V., registered in the Netherlands. All financial transactions, gallery representations, and physical fabrications are processed under this legal entity.
2. Acquisition of Physical Art
Physical Diasec prints are custom fabricated upon order to ensure 1-of-1 exclusivity. Due to their bespoke nature, acquisitions are final and non-refundable once the synthesis process has commenced.
3. The Syndicate & Artist Representation
Artists uploading master files retain their original copyright, granting Meijer Projectontwikkeling B.V. an exclusive curation and exhibition license upon publication in the gallery.
4. Sealed Bids & The Reserve
Bids placed in the Obsidian Reserve are considered legally binding offers.
